We are currently looking for a commercial profile for the position of Student Adviser to join our admissions and student recruitment department.

Required Experience and Skills

• English proficiency, minimum C1 level.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in consultative selling, commercial activities and business development (B2C).
• Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
• Ability to maintain a medium-high level of conversation with the client.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• 100% customer- and goal-oriented.
• Dynamic and willing to learn.
• Negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor ́s degree in related field. (Preferable)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing prospects students with information about our academic programs.
• Providing personalized assistance to students (via telephone and e-mail).
• Following up on students’ inquiries, admission and registration.
• Providing support in tasks assigned within the advisory department.
• Assisting students with the visa application process.
• Analyzing data and reporting to the director of advisory department.
• reparing guidelines to facilitate the student experience and the settling into the campus.
