This MBA is for those university graduates and professionals who want to learn by doing. Students will learn about business and innovation, implementing it in the organizations where they work or through entrepreneurship.
It provides students with a broad understanding of international business, with a special emphasis on innovation management. Upon graduation, students can easily deal with the opportunities and threats associated with disruptive innovation in this globalized age.

Alejandro Alcaraz
I completed a Master of Science in Business from The Management School of Barcelona and the Financial Management program from EADA Business School. Additionally, I have taken other specialized programs in the US and the UK, including specific training at Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan, and other prestigious financial institutions.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in roles such as senior fund manager for prestigious companies, including Caixabank Asset Management, Fibanc Mediolanum, and BCN Finances. I am currently the Managing Partner at Spinnaker Consulting, a specialized firm that helps corporations establish risk management procedures and provides in-company education on financial markets.
I am also a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (where I previously served on the Board, Catalonia Chapter), the Economists’ Professional College, and the Spanish Treasurers’ Association. My areas of interest are closely related to financial markets and products, with a particular focus on derivatives and their use in risk management.
Livia Fioretti
A strategist passionate about trends, culture, and consumer insights, and inspired by fostering creativity. She is interested in how innovation impacts society and believes that by understanding people, we can design better futures. In addition to assisting companies in applying trends within their businesses and designing methodologies to help organizations become future-proof, she constantly writes about culture, technology, and their intersection with design.
Marta Romero
Human resources professional with over 6 years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, managing and collaborating a wide range of projects, both at the national and international level across a variety of industries: cultural transformation and change management, learning programs, diversity and inclusion, talent management, compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, and HR transformation. She started working in 2016 in a multinational company as an HR Compensation and Benefits professional and joined Deloitte in 2017, she is now a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practice at the Barcelona office.
