Our hands-on approach extends not only to the education we give to our students, but also to every other stage of their study experience. The admission process of BEBS is simple, smooth and personalized, guided by our admissions advisers, whose aim is to walk the students through the entire process.
- Up-to-date Resume (CV)
- Motivation letter (include the program you are interested in and the intake date)
- Passport or ID copy
- Bachelor’s degree
- Academic record (Transcript/Grades)
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, such as TOEFL or previous education in English
English language certificate
You do not need to present an English language certificate if:
English is one of the official languages in your country
You have studied your bachelor’s degree in English
You have studied a minimum of two years in English in your high or middle school
In all other cases, either a certificate has to be presented, or an Admissions interview can be arranged to also evaluate your English level.
You might have not graduated from university yet, but are you an outstanding professional already? We will consider your direct admission to a master’s degree program if you can demonstrate that:
You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of the studies you wish to pursue
You can defend your goals through a motivation letter
You can provide at least 1 reference letter from your employer
In addition, you should present a high school diploma or equivalent
Students who are finishing their Bachelor’s Degrees can start their admissions process by submitting their accrued transcripts. They can be offered conditional admission, allowing them to graduate from their bachelor studies in the meantime.
Applicants with a different academic and professional background are welcome to apply and are expected to preferably provide proof of previous job experience in related areas of their master of interest, or explain clearly their motivations for the career change.
Every application is evaluated fairly and transparently by our academic department. Our Admissions Committee will asses and ensure the aspirations, achievements and background of the applicants are in alignment with the profile and objectives of the program. The Admissions department will be communicating via email the application results within up to 10 working days after receiving correctly all of the required documentation.
Admitted students will be notified by email, along with further information about the following steps of the admission process.
Once admitted, the students are required to pay a €500 enrollment deposit within 7 days, to secure their enrollment and their place in the class. This amount will be deducted from the total program fee, therefore it is not an extra payment.
Each on campus class has a capacity of 25 students, once the places are filled, the enrollment closes.
Those students who need Spanish visas will be required to pay their tuition fees either fully or partially before the school sends out the original enrollment letters by post.
