Architecture, Project Management and Training are the areas in which I have carried out my professional activity and the ones that have most influenced me in the way I relate to the world. Despite their apparent diversity, in all of them there is a component of innovation and change, a before and after, an analysis, a design and an implementation.

Always focused to provide the better solution, working with the engineering team and the customer.Due to my role I am used to prepare RFP and RFI documents, being a stakeholder for new comercial proposals.Currently employed as Software Support Center & Remote Managed Services Line Manager at Ricoh Spain’s main Branch in Barcelona.

Founding partner of teocé consultores for more than seventeen years. As such, he participates in training and consulting activities aimed at improving his clients’ projects. He was trained in CCPM, and in the other techniques of TOC (Theory of Constraints) directly from his sources at the A. Goldratt Institute of which he was a Certified Associate for three years. He has a degree in Psychology from the Central University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Development Consulting from the Col·legi de Psicòlegs de Catalunya and the GR Institute of Israel. Throughout more than 30 years of professional activity, he has worked as a consultant, trainer and manager of companies, NGOs and the Public Administration.
