You will start the Postgraduate in Project Management course with the module 'Entrepreneurship & Innovation', where you will learn essential ideas to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and become a disruptive innovator. The classes will train you on how to build a business plan from scratch, the business model of a start-up or the financial evaluation of new projects.
