Meet your professors
Human resources professional with over 6 years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, managing and collaborating a wide range of projects, both at the national and international level across a variety of industries: cultural transformation and change management, learning programs, diversity and inclusion, talent management, compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, and HR transformation. She started working in 2016 in a multinational company as an HR Compensation and Benefits professional and joined Deloitte in 2017, she is now a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practice at the Barcelona office.
Graduated in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Rosario with more than 15 years of experience in the organizational development of human resources.
He has spent his career between two worlds: the consultancy world as a Manager of Human Capital at Deloitte and the entrepreneurial world as an International Manager at of the Organization and Talent department of Angelini, a multinational group that operates in the pharmaceutic and consumer goods sector.
Currently, he is a partner of Human Way, a strategic human resources and organization consultancy, where he specializes in developing organizational projects, human resources models, leadership, and culture.
Jeff is a health scientist, with expertise in global health, pharmaceuticals, bioethics, and emergency management. He is currently a senior director at a biotechnology company, where he leads government affairs and health policy research efforts. Prior to this, he was managing partner at a life sciences research and analytics consultancy in the Greater Boston area, where he advised pharmaceutical and biotech organizations on commercialization, policy, and regulatory affairs.
Jeff has lectured, published, and presented at national conferences and academic institutions in the areas of bioethics, organizational ethics, market access, and health policy. He holds an appointment as lecturer at the College of Arts & Sciences, Boston University. Jeff holds a doctorate in global health sciences at MCPHS University. He received his training in medical ethics from Harvard Medical School and holds degrees in English literature and theory from City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
He serves in Massachusetts as a volunteer firefighter/EMT.
