Program Professors
Meet your professors
Malinda Shultice
Malinda’s background is extensively built around senior living management and healthcare administration. In addition, for the past few years she’s worked as a term faculty professor teaching human resources, aging services, and healthcare leadership courses. She has her Doctorate Degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Drake University, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Iowa State University.
Malinda has worked as an executive director for ten years in various senior living communities, and recently transitioned to academia. She currently works as an assistant teaching professor at Iowa State University. In addition, she’s just started a healthcare consulting company called M.S. Healthcare Consulting that focuses upon training administrative and clinical leaders in the senior living industry.
Juan Ignacio G. Martos
Tech HR senior consultant focusing on: Employer Branding, HR Marketing, Recruiting, Selection.
María López García
Passionate about people, organizations and leadership. From her relevant +8 years’ experience in HR Consulting and M&A, she has been working for international and multinational companies helping to solve their most complex and pressing Human Capital issues by leading projects that imply transformation and change. Naturally curious and extremely eager to learn. She thrives in busy and fast environments and excels at finding different ways to solve problems. She is an all-rounder individual with proficient learning, empathetic and analytical skills.
Manuel Lanuza
Graduated in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Rosario with more than 15 years of experience in the organizational development of human resources.
He has spent his career between two worlds: the consultancy world as a Manager of Human Capital at Deloitte and the entrepreneurial world as an International Manager at of the Organization and Talent department of Angelini, a multinational group that operates in the pharmaceutic and consumer goods sector.
Currently, he is a partner of Human Way, a strategic human resources and organization consultancy, where he specializes in developing organizational projects, human resources models, leadership, and culture.
Jeffrey Gruenglas
Jeff is a health scientist, with expertise in global health, pharmaceuticals, bioethics, and emergency management. He is currently a senior director at a biotechnology company, where he leads government affairs and health policy research efforts. Prior to this, he was managing partner at a life sciences research and analytics consultancy in the Greater Boston area, where he advised pharmaceutical and biotech organizations on commercialization, policy, and regulatory affairs.
Jeff has lectured, published, and presented at national conferences and academic institutions in the areas of bioethics, organizational ethics, market access, and health policy. He holds an appointment as lecturer at the College of Arts & Sciences, Boston University. Jeff holds a doctorate in global health sciences at MCPHS University. He received his training in medical ethics from Harvard Medical School and holds degrees in English literature and theory from City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
He serves in Massachusetts as a volunteer firefighter/EMT.
